  • A: As many times as you want.
  • Q: Is the entire training done online?
  • A: Yes, the entire training is done 100% online.
  • Q: How long do I have to complete my courses?
  • A: 90 days. If you need more time, just let us know, and we will extend the time free of charge.
  • Q: Do I need to pass a final exam/is their a final exam?
  • A: Yes, all of our courses have final tests and you must pass with score of 70.
  • Q: What if I fail the final exam?
  • A: If you do not pass the final exam, you will have another attempt at passing without any extra charge. We will give you access to the course again at no extra charge so you can review the material again before retesting.
  • Q: Can I sign up online?
  • A: Yes, you can sign up 100% online using our secure registration form and payment. All of our programs are taken 100% online. You do not need to make an appointment, visit an office, or make a phone call to register for a class. Select your class and click on the purchase button to begin.

  • A: We accept secure online payments using American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. This includes debit cards, credit cards, and pre-paid cards displaying the Visa or MasterCard logos. We also will accept money orders. If sending a money order, please read the FAQ below and give us a call.

  • A: Yes, if you want to mail in a money order please contact us, and we will give you the necessary information of where and how to mail it. Once we receive your payment, we will notify you.
